Related Acts are any state, county or municipality that has Prevailing Wage Laws. 

Some "related acts" are very different than Davis Bacon,  while others are very similar. Some states and some

are exactly the same as Davis Bacon. The eMars-Compliant Client System is currently used in approximately

22 different states, territories and/or municipalities. Guam, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico,

Illinois, New York State, New York City, Massachusetts, Texas, Kansas, Ohio, Maryland and Pennsylvania

are amoung the specific states territories and municipalities thst have prevailing wage law
